Account Executive:
 
CharityFinders is looking for account executives to develop and close leads in any of several geographic territories nationwide.
 
Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
  • 4-year college degree
  • At least 2 years nonprofit experience, preferably including fundraising
  • At least 2 years sales experience, preferably selling software
  • At least 1 year with an Internet-based business (particularly e-philanthropy) preferred
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Internet use
  • Capable of independent work (from your home office) and follow-through on a variety of sales leads and other projects
  • Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent public speaking skills
  • Desire to help grow a business
 
Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads (i.e., nonprofits who need to build or improve their website)
  • Sell NonprofitSite123 and related products and professional services
  • Develop lead referral sources and strategic alliances
  • Identify and conduct public speaking engagements
  • Provide client support
  • Potentially deliver consulting services
  • Potentially manage other sales staff
  • Potentially develop and execute marketing strategy
 
Special Requirements: Some air travel and some personal vehicle travel.
 
Availability: Immediately
 
Location: Any US city. Must be able to work from home.
 

Sales Assistant:
 
CharityFinders is looking for sales assistants to generate qualified sales leads by phone.  Your main responsibility will be calling new and existing sales leads, delivering a short presentation, and scheduling them for a demo with our CEO or other senior staff. Other responsibilities include getting referrals for new leads, updating information in our sales tracking system, and e-mailing sales/marketing materials.
 
Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
  • 2/4-year college degree
  • At least 1 year sales experience, preferably selling software
  • At least 1 year nonprofit experience preferred, preferably including fundraising
  • At least 1 year with an Internet-based business (particularly e-philanthropy) preferred
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Internet use
  • Capable of independent work (from your home office) and follow-through on a variety of sales leads and other projects
  • Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Desire to help grow a business

  • Pre-sales of our NonprofitSite123 product and related products and professional services; schedule prospects for a demo with our CEO or other senior staff
  • Update sales tracking system
  • Distribute sales/marketing collateral to leads
  • Develop lead referral sources
  • Generate leads (i.e., nonprofits who need to build or improve their website)
